We are lookung for a Head of Corporate Culture

Your mission is Creating and developing a cohesive corporate culture that reflects the company’s values, increases employee engagement and satisfaction, and supports the implementation of effective onboarding, development programs, and performance evaluation systems.

Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills
  • Develop, strengthen, and promote corporate culture in alignment with the company’s strategy

  • Design and implement onboarding and adaptation systems for new employees

  • Create and launch non-monetary motivation and employee recognition programs

  • Develop and manage employee development initiatives (e.g. soft skills training, leadership programs)

  • Build and implement a performance review system (goal setting, regular feedback, 360 reviews, etc.)

  • Monitor employee engagement levels and manage engagement and eNPS indexes

  • Conduct regular engagement and satisfaction surveys and drive action plans based on results

  • Strengthen internal communications and foster a positive work environment

  • Organize internal events, team buildings, and strategic offsites

  • Introduce and maintain digital tools to support culture (e.g. surveys, recognition platforms, etc.)

Special Competencies (Hard Skills)

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years focused on corporate culture

  • Proficiency in engagement measurement methodologies (e.g., Gallup, eNPS, pulse surveys)

  • Experience designing and implementing Performance Review systems

  • Strong skills in developing non-monetary motivation and employee recognition programs

  • Proven track record in onboarding program development and management

  • Experience managing internal communications and organizing company-wide events

  • HR analytics expertise (engagement, attrition, program effectiveness)

  • Background in launching and managing L&D initiatives (training, learning platforms, development matrices)

  • Hands-on experience with PeopleForce: onboarding management, performance reviews, engagement analysis, HR process automation

Would be a plus:

  • Experience working in IT or digital environments

  • Participation in cultural transformation initiatives

  • Facilitation of strategic sessions and working with culture ambassadors

  • Building internal communities and ambassador programs
