We are looking for Head of Compensation & Benefits (CNB)!

Your mission is building and developing an effective compensation, benefits, and motivation system aligned with the dynamic growth of a fast-scaling ad tech group.

Key objectives include enhancing the company’s market competitiveness, ensuring transparency and fairness in reward practices, and contributing to the retention of key talent.

Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills
  • Develop and implement the Compensation & Benefits strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals and overall HR strategy

  • Design and implement grading systems, salary ranges, and a comprehensive Total Rewards matrix

  • Analyze labor market trends, participate in salary surveys, and provide data-driven insights for C-level decision-makers

  • Optimize bonus and variable compensation systems, including tailored schemes for performance marketers, media buyers, and affiliate teams

  • Build and promote the company’s benefits policy, including non-monetary and motivational offerings

  • Manage the compensation and benefits budget effectively and transparently

  • Support HRBPs, team leads, and recruiters in all compensation-related matters

  • Advise managers on salary reviews, retention strategies, and compensation frameworks

  • Implement and maintain performance review systems; contribute to KPI system design

  • Oversee CNB-related automation initiatives, including integration with HRIS tools, Excel, and Power BI

Special Competencies (Hard Skills)

  • 4+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, including at Head/Lead level

  • Background in IT or digital companies (ideally in media buying, affiliate, or performance marketing)

  • Deep expertise in compensation, motivation systems, bonus design, and grading structures

  • Proven track record of building and implementing C&B strategy from scratch

  • Experience with international grading frameworks (e.g., Mercer, HAY – as a plus)

  • Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards)

  • Data analysis skills: TCO calculations, C&B reporting, ROI of benefits, cost-to-hire vs. retention metrics

  • Experience in reviewing and scaling C&B policies during business expansion or entry into new markets

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with global compensation frameworks

  • Participation in launching well-being and mental health programs

  • Understanding of media buying specifics and performance-based motivation models
